Hello, my name is Afnan, am a Nighnteen-years old lady who studies in the American University in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Actually, I don’t really know how to talk a lot about myself, but I think of myself as a multicultural girl that knows a lot or mostly about the world, I love travelling although I have never been to many countries, but hopefully, I will be more mature to my family and independent to see the whole world. I am a business administration student, I like business because it is a major that can never be down in any country and which is needed everywhere nowadays. My country UAE, is a multicultural country and I am so proud about that! I was born in Dubai and I am a Palestinian-Emarati citizen, which is raised in a Lebanese culture as well. Through my experience in my country, I have met many people that come from many different nationalities and I think that this is so amazing. Sometimes I wonder, does everyone know about our lives here in Dubai? When I went to AUD, I found a variety of people that don’t understand the real culture of UAE when they first came and they thought of it just as a desert. Absolutely, I try my best to explain to people that we are living in a very good environment which allows us to know more cultures and to discover new things about the technology world. I would love to talk about my country more and about my experiences and life hobbies that are exciting.
